"Just woke up from a nap.. Can't believe I fell asleep before tweeting this........... ;)"

By the looks of this pic, it's pretty apparent that Demi Lovato (19) and Wilmer Valderrama (31) are in LUST...oooops! I mean in LOVE, eh?

The two were spotted in a passionate embrace in front of the That 70's Show actor's home earlier this week. They previously dated and reconnected after Demi checked out of a treatment facility earlier this year.
