Lindsay Lohan Gets 30 Days In Jail!

Via People:
A contrite Lindsay Lohan admitted to violating her probation in DUI cases and was ordered Wednesday to serve a month in jail. The troubled starlet, 25, must report to jail by Nov. 9. After her release, she also must continue to do community service at the Los Angeles morgue and attend psychotherapy sessions, a judge announced at the hearing. If Lohan completes all the terms, she will not have to serve an additional 270 outstanding days of jail time she had faced in cases in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles.
I'm bored with this girl.....

BREAKING: Judge Revokes Lindsay Lohan's Probation....Bond Set!

THIS GIRL!!!! First her teeth, now this. *sigh*
What was meant to be a routine progress report stemming from a jewelry theft case ended Wednesday with actress Lindsay Lohan leaving the courtroom in handcuffs. Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear throughout the hearing that "probation is a gift," and the troubled starlet did not meet her required hours of community service. "I'm revoking her probation," said Sautner. "Miss Lohan has created an impossibility to perform this sentence that was given to her by her own actions," she said. The actress, who arrived in court wearing a white top and white scarf, was taken into custody. A hearing was tentatively set for Nov. 2. Bail was set $100,000. During Wednesday's hearing, the judge focused on nine appointments at the Downtown Women's Center that Lohan missed. The judge also noted the sessions were supposed to last four hours. Lohan allegedly visited once and only stayed for about an hour. (MORE)
*in my Tyra Banks voice* I was rooting for you....we were all rooting for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although Lindsay could face up to a year in jail since having her probation revoked, more than likely that will NOT happen. The judge said Lindsay must complete 16 hours of community service at a morgue before her upcoming November 2nd hearing.

T.I. Goes Back Into Federal Custody!

Why you may ask?
Only a day after being released from a federal prison, T.I. has hit another snag. The Southern rapper is back in federal custody after being removed from a halfway house. Steve Sadow, Tip’s lawyer, tells The Associated Press that prison officials objected to his client’s use of a tour bus to move from the Federal Correctional Center in Forrest City, Arkansas, to a halfway house in Atlanta. “[The Federal Bureau of Prisons] has moved T.I. to a different facility,” Sadow explained. “There appears to be confusion surrounding the method of transportation.” T.I. had arranged his own travel between the two locations, arriving in a luxury tour bus with his entourage. The U.S. Bureau of Prisons’ website listed the rapper as being “in transit” as of Thursday evening. His location was not disclosed. The 30-year-old MC was released from an Arkansas facility on Wednesday morning, 10 months after he began serving a sentence for a parole violation from a gun conviction. The remainder of his 11-month sentence is to be carried out in a community service center or halfway house in Atlanta. Upon his release, he immediately began filming a new reality TV show for VH1 documenting his return. The 10-episode series is scheduled to start airing December 5 at 10 p.m.
All this for riding in a tour bus?!?!? I guess....

Good for him! Now, make your wife, kids and momma proud and NEVER return, k?

T.I. was released from prison early Wednesday morning (August 31) and is on his way to a halfway house to serve out the rest of his 11-month sentence for probation violation. MTV News received confirmation from Federal Bureau of Prisons spokesman Chris Burke that T.I. was released from Forrest City Correctional Facility in Arkansas at 7:29 a.m. and is on his way to a community living facility. The name of the facility will not be released until after his arrival. The Atlanta rapper has been serving time for a probation violation stemming for his arrest in Los Angeles on drug charges last year. The King has already taken to Twitter to announce his return. "Feels great to be back where I belong...Back in the arms of those who need me the most," he tweeted from his verified @ account. "The storm is over & da sun back out. IT'S OUR TIME TO SHINE SHAWTY!!!!! Welcome to the beginning of our Happy Ending!!!!" Fans will be getting an intimate look at T.I.'s return to freedom in December thanks to a new show with VH1. In the still untitled series, viewers will get a behind-the-scenes look at T.I., and his wife Tameka 'Tiny' Harris, as he tries to walk the straight and narrow and stay out of prison for good. The series is set to premiere on December 5 at 10 p.m.
Way to get back to work, TIP! Congrats....
