She popped, Dancers! *praise dance* Because let's face it, after seeing this picture of her earlier today, the UNIVERSE felt bad for her....sheesh!

Actress Alyssa Milano and her husband, Hollywood agent David Bugliari are the proud new parents of a baby boy named Milo Thomas!

The former “Who’s the Boss” and “Charmed” star gave birth to the little one early this morning and he weighed 7 lbs., and was 19 inches long.

Congrats, mom and dad!
