Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo revealed Tuesday morning that he and his wife are expecting their first child. Romo and Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin were at Cedar Hill High School in Cedar Hill, Texas, to address students as part of the school's Red Ribbon drug prevention campaign, when he revealed the news. When a teen asked Romo if he had any children, the quarterback replied, "I got one on the way. My wife's pregnant." Romo and former Miss Missouri and sports anchor Candice Crawford were married in Dallas in May. Coincidentally, pregnancy rumors surfaced this month for Romo's former girlfriend, singer-turned-fashion-designer Jessica Simpson, who has been photographed recently with a prominent baby bump.Now that you have a baby on the way, your azz betta get this season in order, Romo! It's the question everyone's buzzing about: Will Beyonce and Jay-Z be welcoming a boy or girl this February? Well, Beyoncé's mom, Tina Knowles, knows -- but it's a closely guarded secret! "Yeah they know what they're having," she told Life & Style at the Angel Ball at Cipriani Wall Street in NYC on Oct. 17. "But I'm not telling!" Although Tina kept mum on the gender of the baby, she did reveal that her daughter had morning sickness. "She went through it, but she's got past it now," she tells Life & Style. "She's doing really good. She's busy. She's craving waffles," Tina says. "The normal - just wanting to eat!" Tina, 57, couldn't stop smiling when asked how excited she was to be a grandmother for the second time. "She's going to be an awesome mom. I think it will slow her down somewhat, but I think she'll be the same great person she's been." As for Jay-Z as a dad? "I think he's going to be awesome," she adds. Now that she's expecting her first child with husband Jay-Z, Beyonce is designing her own pregnancy line. “All I see now are clothes that are flattering on a pregnant woman,” she tells the November issue of Harper's Bazaar. “It’s been so exciting for me! I love figuring out designs that still make me feel edgy and sexy while pregnant," adds Beyonce, who will release the clothes under her House of Dereon line. She's been filling her closets with maternity clothes. "I've had so much fun with fashion over the months," Beyonce says, adding that she spends "too much money shopping on the Internet." Beyonce revealed that she was pregnant at the MTV Video Music Awards. She admits she tried on nearly 70 gowns before deciding on the red Lanvin caftan she wore. “I was extremely nervous,” she says of the reveal. “It was the toughest red carpet I ever did.” But she's happy she surprised fans with the news. "I didn’t want a crazy picture or gossip story to break the news, so I decided to say nothing and proudly show my baby bump,” she says. “I felt it was more powerful to see the love and enthusiasm as opposed to saying anything.”Dancers, would you buy into the Beyonce maternity line (of course if you were pregnant)???
Big screen superhero Robert Downey Jr. has some super news: he's expecting a child with wife Susan Downey. The actor, who reprises his role as Iron Man in the upcoming The Avengers, and his wife of six years are set to welcome their first child together early next year. "Robert and Susan could not be more excited over this news," his rep tells PEOPLE. "They can't wait to welcome this new baby into their wonderful family." The actor, 46, is already a father to Indio, 17, his son with ex-wife Deborah Falconer. But the news should come as no surprise. In 2010, while promoting his comedy Due Date, Downey predicted he'd have another kid in 2012. "I think I will be wrist-deep in doo-doo within 18 months. I'm calling it right here," he said. And he was thinking pink. "I think we should probably try to have a girl because I don't want another male entity to have to compete," he said. "I don't want Indio to feel there's another boy in my life. But I don't know what we'd have to do [to have a girl].
