Brody Jenner And Avril Lavigne Involved In Bloody Bar Fight!

Oh, No!!! Not fine azz Brody! Oh, and you too Avril....

Brody Jenner was cracked in the head with a bottle trying to break up a fight in Hollywood early this morning -- and law enforcement says ... the fight was between an unknown girl and Brody's GF, Avril Lavigne.

According to our sources, Avril got into a dust-up shortly before 1:00 AM at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. We're told when Brody tried to intervene ... he took a bottle to the head from someone for his troubles.

Law enforcement sources tell us hotel security broke up the fight and detained Brody and others involved. Police were called to the hotel and when all was said and done ... we're told the police report listed Brody as the victim of an assault with a deadly weapon.

Our sources say Brody was the only one involved who spoke to police -- the other combatants (including Avril) had split by the time they arrived. We're told Brody refused medical attention and went to the hospital on his own.

No arrests were made.

I don't fight. I don't believe in it. To clear things up I got attacked by 5 people last night out of nowhere. Not cool. My face is fucked. As in black eye, bloody nose, hair ripped out, scratches, bruises and cuts. So not ok to be abusive to others. Violence is NEVER the answer

It's Official....Vivica Fox And Fiance Omar "Slim" WHite SPLIT!

I can't say I'm surprised by this, but...they're not the first!

Vivica A. Fox's former fiance, Omar "Slim" White, says he's the one who walked away from their relationship -- and engagement. "She's a good woman, it’s just one of those situations where in life people outgrow each other," White tells toofab exclusively. Following an explosive spat seen on Jersey Shore's third season in fall 2010 -- he stomped on her glasses and called her a "spoiled bitch," leading to a breakup -- the pair reconciled to film their fourth season in Florence, Italy. "Being in Italy, in such a romantic atmosphere, brought us together," Ortiz-Magro told Us prior to the show's August premiere. "The first week was rough -- everyone was like 'Oh, my God.' But [Sammi and I] didn't fight at all in Italy. [It was] probably the highest point in our relationship." Jersey Shore's Paul "Pauly D" Del Vecchio -- who saw the couple fight, break up and make up during the show's filming in Florence, Miami and Seaside Heights, N.J. -- tells Us he prefers his pal single. Jada Pinkett And Will Smith Now Minority Owners In The Philadelphia 76ers!

Will Smith just bought a much bigger playground to spend most of his days. The Philadelphia native and wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, are officially minority shareholders of the 76ers NBA team in a deal that was confirmed by the league on Tuesday. The "Men In Black" star and his wife are part of an ownership group that includes a former NBA executive, leveraged buyout specialist Josh Harris and an Indonesian media magnate, according to the league's website. The group takes ownership from Comcast-Spectator, which, led by chairman Ed Snider, purchased the team in 1996. "This is one of the hardest business decisions I've ever had to make," Snider said in a statement on Tuesday. "The Sixers are family, and it is very difficult to say goodbye to an organization of great people with whom we have worked so closely over the last 15 years." Forbes magazine valued the team at $330 million this year – which is 17th in the league. The Philadelphia Daily News reported that the new owners paid about $280 million. The Smiths join rappers Jay-Z, Nelly and Usher as entertainers-turned-part NBA owners with the investment. Smith was rumored to be part of a group interested in purchasing the group as far back as 2006, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. That group was assembled by Julius Erving.

The couple's guests cheered when Simmons said "I do" to his partner. Tweed, 54, walked down the aisle in an ivory Priscilla of Boston gown – one of three dresses she chose for the big occasion – and carried a bouquet of ivory garden roses. The couple exchanged vows they wrote themselves in front of 400 guests including Hugh Hefner, Bill Maher and his fellow KISS members (Paul Stanley was in the wedding party). The wedding will appear in the new season of Gene Simmons Family Jewels on Oct. 18. Also in attendance were the couple's two children Nick, 22, and Sophie, 19, who was the maid of honor. The actor, who reprises his role as Iron Man in the upcoming The Avengers, and his wife of six years are set to welcome their first child together early next year. "Robert and Susan could not be more excited over this news," his rep tells PEOPLE. "They can't wait to welcome this new baby into their wonderful family." The actor, 46, is already a father to Indio, 17, his son with ex-wife Deborah Falconer. But the news should come as no surprise. In 2010, while promoting his comedy Due Date, Downey predicted he'd have another kid in 2012. "I think I will be wrist-deep in doo-doo within 18 months. I'm calling it right here," he said. And he was thinking pink. "I think we should probably try to have a girl because I don't want another male entity to have to compete," he said.
