Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... one of the main points of contention in the marriage was where the couple would live after all of the wedding madness finally died down. We're told Kris was passionate about eventually settling down in Minnesota, where he's from ... and believed Kim was on board with the plan. She wasn't. Sources tell us Kim -- who's from L.A. -- wants to stay near her family ... and she also feels that staying in town is the best thing for her career. So why didn't this conversation come up before the $10 million wedding? We're told the two talked about their future ... but got caught up in the hooplah and figured they would simply figure it out after they tied the knot. Sources say it's not a nasty break-up ... but we're told the two have come to a realization that it's not a long-term fit.Ya don't say?!?!? Look. Kim Kardashian will file for divorce this morning, after 72 days of not-so-wedded bliss to Kris Humphries. We're told even though the marriage was short, she will not seek an annulment. It's a garden variety divorce, in which Kim cites "irreconcilable differences." We're told the date of separation is listed as today, Oct. 31, 2011. Kim has hired disso-queen Laura Wasser, who has repped the likes of Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Angelina Jolie, Ryan Reynolds, and Robyn Gibson, Mel's almost ex-wife. As we first reported, the couple has a prenuptial agreement ... Kim made sure of that.Listen. I joke a lot about these two, but divorce is NEVER easy! Regardless, if you've been together 2 weeks or 30 years. But Kimmie...KIMMIE. You had to have know this was destined for disaster from the very beginning. *sigh*

"Nicole had been beaten up by O.J. and she had been keeping this in physical proof in the form of photographs and, it would, turn out, other evidence, in which she had documented 17 years of abuse."
Times are tough for Terrell Owens -- so much so the currently former NFL star is asking a judge to lower his child support payments ... TMZ has learned. Owens, who is currently not an NFL roster, wants to reduce the payments he's making for a son he shares with baby mama Monique Reynolds ... because, according to his rep, he's simply not getting paid these days. The rep says Owens wants to make the payments a little more reasonable, adding, "His child support payments should mirror his income today and not be based on his income from over four years ago." Owens was due in court in Northern California for child support modification hearing on October 24, but didn't show up. His rep says his lawyers tried to reschedule, but lawyers for Reynolds refused. T.O.'s audition for prospective NFL teams -- the one nobody showed up to -- was the next day.It was all good just a minute ago....

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo revealed Tuesday morning that he and his wife are expecting their first child. Romo and Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin were at Cedar Hill High School in Cedar Hill, Texas, to address students as part of the school's Red Ribbon drug prevention campaign, when he revealed the news. When a teen asked Romo if he had any children, the quarterback replied, "I got one on the way. My wife's pregnant." Romo and former Miss Missouri and sports anchor Candice Crawford were married in Dallas in May. Coincidentally, pregnancy rumors surfaced this month for Romo's former girlfriend, singer-turned-fashion-designer Jessica Simpson, who has been photographed recently with a prominent baby bump.Now that you have a baby on the way, your azz betta get this season in order, Romo!
